• Business information needed to set up your CRM (pipelines, templates, WhatsApp number, integrations).

Data about your contacts and customers

When you use Pronto CRM to manage WhatsApp, email, or SMS conversations, the Service processes the contact data and conversation content you upload or that's generated with your own customers. We act as a data processor on your behalf, and you remain responsible to your contacts for having a legal basis to reach out to them.

Browsing data on this site

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand site usage and measure campaigns. These tools collect browsing data via cookies (see section 5).

2. How we use data

• To provide, maintain, and support the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.

4. International transfers

We operate from the United States and work with clients across Latin America and the United States. Your data may be stored or processed on servers located outside your country, with the corresponding contractual safeguards from our providers.
